I'm Back

I have re-discovered blogging today because I love food and would like to continue sharing my knowledge and views with you readers.
I decided the perfect dish to make for my "coming back" post is Slutty Brownies.
You may have heard about these luscious bars before but if not, they are a hybrid brownie.
It's chocolate chip cookie dough, oreos, and brownies all in one!
Man oh man they are to die for!
Even Jessica Simpson called them "heavenly" because she had cravings for them while being pregnant. This blonde babe is 100% right.
They are sweet, yet sinful...aka SLUTTY.

THE INGREDIENT LIST:
1. Favorite chocolate chip cookie dough recipe. I used a bag of cookie mix to save a little time seeing as how I haven't touched my homework yet! Plus an egg and oil or butter that the package calls for.
2. Package of Milk's Favorite Cookie...OREOS. You could change up the recipe by using different flavors like Mint Oreos or Cake Batter Oreos.
3. Favorite brownie recipe. Once again today, I used the semi-homemade version so I bought brownie mix. My favorite kind of brownies have those nice, chocolate chunks in it.
4. 9x9 baking dish
5. Aluminum foil

Prep.
Line baking dish with aluminum foil. This will save you time later because you can simply lift the brownies out of the pan. Easy clean up babes.
Preheat oven to 375.

 Cookie dough.
Burn some calories by using your own muscle instead of a mixer today. That way you can have that extra bite of dough and not feel guilty haha!

Oreo layer.
I hate how there are spaces between these oreos so I placed oreo pieces in between. No bite should go oreoless.

Brownie batter.

LOvely little trick:

Pick up and drop the dish on a hard surface before baking so the brownie batter on top doesn't have any air pockets or bubbles. Loud but it works!

Bake.
Bake these slutty things for 45-50 minutes. Don't forget to use a toothpick by inserting it in the middle of the brownies. If it comes out clean, takes those babies out.

Remove from oven when done and let cool.

Grab the aluminum foil on both sides and set on a cutting board.
Cut into squares using a sharp knife and it's chow time y'all.

LOOK AT THOSE LAYERS!

isn't it LOvely.
Enjoy.
